Scott C. Robichaux - Savannah DUI

Biography

A prosecutor's experience, now on your side of the courtroom.

Scott has handled DUI and criminal cases for 15 years. He has managed thousands of DUI, drug, theft, and domestic violence cases — keeping clients and their families well-informed at every step.

He holds specialized training in DUI enforcement: Scott is certified in SFST (standardized field sobriety testing) and ARIDE (advanced roadside impaired driving enforcement). As a former prosecutor, he handled misdemeanor and felony DUIs, vehicular homicides, theft, elder exploitation, aggravated assault, firearm charges, child abuse cases, and murder.

Prosecuting those cases, Scott saw first-hand how a good attorney can change an outcome. Today he uses that same experience, skill, and training to vigorously defend his clients and their rights.

Scott graduated from Vanderbilt University and Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He lives in Savannah with his wife and two children, and his family attends Blessed Sacrament Church.
